🎟️ Refund of tickets

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged unless the event is canceled by the organizer. In the event of cancellation, we will endeavor to refund the ticket price, but reserve the right not to refund the full amount if non-refundable costs have already been incurred (equipment rental, infrastructure and accommodation costs, etc.).

🔁 Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable – if you are unable to attend the festival, you may transfer your ticket to another person without notifying the organizer.

🎵 Program Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, and lineup. Changes to the lineup or the order of performances are not grounds for a refund.
